Rachael, the founder of iSWIM, is a Swim Teacher and Open Water Coach, specialising in coaching swimmers to change their lives through the power of swimming. Working with beginners through to improvers to improve technique, strength, stamina and endurance as well as helping to grow confidence in the water and having a lot of fun along the way. IN THE SWIM operates in Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas, working with adults & children in fantastic pool locations as well as the sea in the summer months. Rachael also coaches independently down at SEA LANES, Brighton’s 50m beachfront pool, offering small group coaching sessions for adults.

Steve boasts a successful swimming career including two long-distance Ironman events and a couple of English Channel swims including a record breaking 2way relay. He has represented Ireland multiple times at all distances and adding to the mix, he is also has Type 1 Diabetes.

His qualifications include: British Triathlon Federation (BTF) Coaching Level 1 & 2. Spin Bike Coach. BTF Open Water Coach. Swim England Open Water Coach. Head Coach at Triathlon Club.

Di helps adult swimmers learn a more relaxed and efficient front crawl style which is ideal for improving speed and endurance. When she’s not in the sea she works as a psychotherapist and as such has lots of experience working with anxious clients. Di says she can’t live without her morning sea swim – so you can usually spot her somewhere between the Palace Pier and Morocco’s!

Di’s qualifications include: Levels 1&2 in Total Immersion freestyle coaching and STA Level 2 award in Open Water Swim Coaching. She is a certified swim coach with SwimMastery www.swimmastery.online/coach-directory/
